The art and science of Casting is a 6000 year old method which has undergone refinement through the ages. We at Gayetri Group have also perfected our skills with time and can cast a wide range of Ferrous and Non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Our Castings are made by Pressure Die-Casting, Gravity Casting and Sand Casting depending on the end-use and the volumes required.

We cast primarily in Aluminum and Zinc based Alloys owing to its versatile nature and alloying possibilities. This accurate decision making regarding the choice of material have helped the company to attain its successful growth since its rise and have also paved its way to a stable future.

Our Die Casting machines range in capacity from 60 tons to 200 tons. We can produce components from 14gms (0.5 oz) to 5kgs (12 pounds) in gravity casting and can undertake Pressure Die Casting up to 1.5 Kgs. We can proudly claim ourselves to be one of the most promising die casting manufacturers in the recent times.

As aluminium die casting is quite an expensive method so, we prefer to produce it in volumes to make it more cost effective. We, at Gayetri Group negotiate plans and offer our clients with the best rework cost. We even aim to provide our clients with high quality metals and alloys; it is mainly responsible for the production of the desired strength product that we produce.
